It’s no secret I love wearing dresses and they’re my go to ready-made outfit - minimal effort, maximum effect - and River Island have so many gorgeous dresses I think you’ll love!

The slip dress
This maxi slip dress will work hard in your wardrobe - wear it with a tailored blazer and heels for a wedding or a chunky knit and trainers for a casual outing, the pale lilac colour is just so of the moment!

The holiday dress
Nothing says holiday like an off-the-shoulder dress - this pink midi dress feels great on, it looks amazing with heels and flats and it’s the sort of dress that will easily fold in your suitcase and take you from beach to sunset drinks. It also comes in green and to be honest it was a hard call picking between them.
The LWD
I’m a true believer that you can never have enough white dresses. This River Island Little White Dress is so flattering and it’s the answer to “what to wear when you’ve got meetings all day and a dinner date after work?”
The transitional dress
A floaty long sleeve dress is a great transitional staple, wear it with a trench & knee high boots in Spring and layer on some knitwear for those really cool days when the sun isn’t out out.
The MBD
The perfect Midi Black Dress, love the shirred waist and puffy sleeves on this dress. A good black midi like this one from River Island is the sort of thing you’ll have in your wardrobe forever and keep going back to when you’ve got no idea what to wear.
