How to shop consciously at Farfetch

Farfetch is one of the leading online luxury fashion retail platforms but what sets them apart is the fact that they operate a business model where they do not own any inventory.

It is actually a tech company with a back-end technology system that sources luxury products from around the world and allows over 700 boutiques and brands to have a presence online and deliver their products to customers wherever they may be.

The site “was built on the premise of selling existing stock in small boutiques around the world—to better match supply and demand and reduce waste." says its Chief Commercial and Sustainability Officer Giorgio Belloli.

There is an impressive array of luxury products available, from established designers to emerging talent and Farfetch have included a “Positively Conscious” filter on their website to allow you to discover brands and products that are designed and made with sustainability at heart.

I love browsing and discovering new things but I also know it can be quite daunting when given too many options so I hope my edit can give you a good starting point in finding your next investment purchase on Farfetch!

If you find anything you love, you can use my discount code 10CLAUDIA for 10% off your first order at Farfetch.

The items I’ve chosen in this edit are included in the discount, but there are some brands and items that are not, for full T&Cs please visit this page.

Sustainability is at the heart of TOVE’s creations and their philosophy is centred around creating beautiful, considered design with longevity in the most environmentally responsible way.

They source their fabrics from mills with a shared sustainable vision and focus on utilising the finest quality natural, organic and recycled fabrics.

I love a dress that you can wear from lunch to a wedding because it means you‘ll keep going back to it and wear it again and again. This TOVE dress is just the perfect day to night dress that is super easy to wear but can easily turn into a black tie outfit with the right accessories and heels!
